Platform for Non-Emergency Signals
As part of my work at ASAP LTD, I contributed to the development of the "System for Non-Emergency Signals" for the Municipality of Ruse. This platform enables citizens to submit non-urgent requests and report issues in a quick and organized manner, helping improve local administration and response times.
I was responsible for the UX/UI design and front-end development, ensuring the system is intuitive, easy to navigate, and responsive across various devices. The website allows residents to file reports on a range of non-emergency issues, from maintenance needs to public safety concerns, streamlining communication with the municipal services.
The Challenge
This project allowed me to design a solution that enhances community engagement and facilitates a more efficient interaction between citizens and local authorities. The result is a user-friendly and functional platform that supports the Municipality of Ruse’s efforts to provide prompt and effective services to its residents.
